About the Opportunity A specialist Melbourne CBD Family law firm is seeking a Family Lawyer with 2-6 years' PAE to join their expanding practice. You will work closely with — and be mentored by — a highly experienced Accredited Specialist Partner specialising exclusively in family law , while managing your own matters with a high degree of autonomy. This role offers exposure to complex, meaningful family law work , supported by strong systems, experienced leadership, and a genuinely collaborative culture. Partner Expertise & Matter Exposure You will work under a Partner with deep expertise across the full spectrum of family law, including: Parenting disputes Property settlements Divorce Mediation & dispute resolution Binding and financial agreements De facto relationships Domestic violence matters Spousal and child maintenance Surrogacy & adoption This provides an exceptional learning environment while still allowing you to build confidence, independence and client relationships.
